Harvard on the Map, a new radio program looking at geospatial topics, is hosted by Harvard Graduate School of Design student Jennifer Horowitz. Three episodes so far, each of which an interview with someone working in the field.
Cartographer Hans van der Maarel, of Red Geographics, is interviewed about what it’s like to be a cartographer for a podcast called Discover Your Talent—Do What You Want. I’ve never heard of this podcast, but seems to focus on careers and career planning, which explains some of the questions. The episode is thirty minutes long. [via]
I haven’t been keeping up on what mapping and geospatial podcasts are out there. (My last post on the subject was nearly a decade ago.) Fortunately, GIS Lounge has a roundup of geospatial podcasts, most of which I was not aware of (see above); interesting to see that Very Spatial is still an ongoing concern.
