Thermal maps of the Moon have been released by Chinese researchers. The maps were constructed from data collected by the microwave radiometer aboard the Chang’e 1 lunar orbiter. The maps display the brightness temperature of the lunar regolith during the lunar daytime and nighttime. Via Slashdot.
