Opening tomorrow at the Johnsonese Gallery in Chicago, an exhibition of map-based art called Cartography 101. The gallery’s web site has a few examples, but I expect they won’t stay on the front page after the show closes on September 24.
The Map Room is a blog about maps by Jonathan Crowe. It covers everything from collecting to the latest in geospatial technology from a generalist’s perspective.
The Map Room ran from March 2003 to June 2010 and is presently inactive.
